Promo & previs for ARTECHOUSE’S Hanami exhibition featuring artist Yuko Shimizu.
HANAMI is the annual viewing of the cherry blossoms. Washington, DC has a rich annual tradition of celebrating Hanami and in honor of the occasion, ARTECHOUSE creates an annual Hanami-inspired installation.
In 2019, ARTECHOUSE partnered with illustrator Yuko Shimizu to bring her incredible 2D illustrations to life.
I worked closely with ARTECHOUSE Creative Director Jason White & designer Logan Doyle to brainstorm visitor experience and production design concepts for the installation.
